Approve purchases with your voice

Explore Voice

Your agent says what it found and what it costs. Your customer answers with one sentence, and the purchase is complete.

  1. Approve by speaking

Customers never unlock a phone, and with headphones on they never look at a screen either. They say their passphrase, ending in the word for this purchase, and it’s done.

  2. A passphrase of their own

Customers pick one of three playful sentences. On every purchase its last word changes: their device names a new one, and they say the sentence ending in it. Their device checks the words, and the words never leave it.

  3. It has to be their voice

Customers read their passphrase five times and their device learns how they sound. The voiceprint stays on the device, encrypted, and is never stored on our servers.

  4. A new word for every purchase

Each purchase gets a fresh last word for the passphrase, bound to that purchase and its exact amount. It works once and expires within minutes, so a recording is useless.

  5. No one can approve for them

The device checks the words and an independent verifier checks the voice. Agentcard pays only when both agree, so neither your agent nor Agentcard can approve alone.

  6. Works wherever they are

Voice listens to the person speaking, not the room, so a busy street doesn’t stop an approval. It learns how they sound with every approval.

  7. Works with auto-approve rules

Small purchases go through on their own within a monthly budget, and Voice handles the rest. Customers confirm any change to a rule by voice too.

  8. Names the best card out loud

With rewards routing on, Voice says which card it will use and why, so customers approve the purchase and the card in one breath.

Private by design

Your app never touches audio, passphrases or voice data.

  1. A sandboxed SDK component

Voice runs in its own sandboxed component in your app. Your code sees the challenge, progress events and the outcome, and no audio reaches your servers or your logs.

  2. Hands-free and eyes-free

Voice names the purchase and says the one-time word into their headphones, or puts it on the screen when the phone’s speaker is on. It starts and stops listening on its own.

  3. Passkey when they can’t talk

Voice is one way to approve, not the only one. Customers can still approve with their passkey or Face ID.

  4. English and Spanish

Voice works in English and Spanish today, set up per language. An approval takes about two or three seconds.
