Welcome to agentcard.sh (the “Site”), operated by Agentcard Corporation, a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, USA (File No. 10619012), with registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. By accessing or using the Site and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Site or our services (including the Agentcard MCP server, CLI tools, dashboard, and API), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time.

Description of Services

Agentcard provides single-use virtual Visa cards designed for use by AI agents on behalf of a verified human account owner. Each card is a set-limit, fully collateralized credit account funded in advance from your wallet — not a prepaid or debit card — issued under our card-issuing program by Third National pursuant to the Cardholder Agreement. Our services include card issuance, MCP server integration, CLI tools, a web dashboard, and related APIs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Wallet funding is currently available in the United States only. Card issuance and use are subject to the card program's supported jurisdictions and prohibited-use restrictions (see the Cardholder Agreement).

Account Registration

You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Site
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Site
  • Use automated means exceeding reasonable use
  • Impersonate any person or entity

User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely as necessary to provide and improve the services.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Agentcard Corporation and protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment and Fees

Wallet funding is processed through our payment providers MoonPay and Crossmint (Apple Pay / Google Pay / card; Coinbase in certain legacy flows) and held as USDC collateral for your cards; organization subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Funded amounts are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused card balances may be recovered by closing the card.

Third-Party Services

The Site may contain integrations with third-party services including MoonPay, Crossmint, Coinbase, our card issuing partner Third National, Sumsub, Visa, and Stripe. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTCARD CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agentcard Corporation from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms.
